In Relation To Amount Remaining To Be Received Pursuant To This Act:

34. In relation to amount remaining to be received pursuant to this Act:
If a Judge dies prior to obtaining any amount receivable pursuant to this Act, the person as referred to in Sub-section (1) of Section 29 shall be entitled to obtain such amount.
